Big match Wednesday evening - the last of the UK teams plays Portugal - so why not have a themed evening and hope the Welsh boys win

Paula's Campervan Piri Piri with flat bread and Portuguese 'slaw

You can make you own peri peri flavourings- once mixed it keeps for ages in an air tight container

Mix a spoon of each of the following

Cinnamon
Paprika
Ginger
Chilli Flakes
Cayenne pepper
Garlic
Oregano
pinch of salt

4 chicken filets sliced thin
1/2 carton passata
onion

In a wok fry off the onion in a glug of oil
Add the chicken and 2 spoons of the spice mixture and cook 10 mins making sure you don't burn the spices(add more for more kick)
add the passata and cook another 10m mins

In a bowl mix grated carrot, red cabbage and white cabbage along with a red onion sliced
Mix 1/4 carton greek yoghurt and a spoon of the piri piri spices

Serve in warm pitta bread - slice the top- fill with 'slaw and a good dollop of the piri piri chicken
