Seriously easy home made Naan bread

This will be perfect for eating with the Buttery lamb or Chilli which is featured in Paula's Cooking in a camper!!

Dont be put off by the idea of making bread, its so easy . I cannot believe I have never tried this before!!

Ingredients

2 cups flour
milk or water ( milk gives a lighter taste!)
Salt and pepper

Method

In a large bowl put the seasoned flour in and make a well in the middle.
You notice I didnt say how much liquid i.e milk or water. This is because you simply add the liquid until such a time as the flour becomes a soft dough. If you add too much water /milk simply add a bit more flour .
Kneed until it is workable in your hands.
Next, and this is where kids join in! Get a golf ball size lump of dough. Flatten and stretch until about a 1cm thick oval shape, dont worry about any holes appearing - it all adds to the home made feel of things!
Now place in a fairly warm lightly greased frying pan. Don't have it too hot initially as you do want the bread to cook through.
Cook for approx 3 mins on each side , check you are not burning the bottoms- only 1 thing worse than a burnt bottom and thats a soggy bottom!!
If you are cooking a lot of bread wrap in tin foil as you cook and place on the edge of the cooker to keep warm!
