Argentinian Steak xx

OK- so day 3 didn't go according to my plan ( or Englands). I know some of you may have a little smile re this score but we still have more games to play and there is more than 1 team
So

Day 4- Fathers Day here in the UK and to celebrate that and the Argentinian game I am cooking:-

Fillet Steak with a Chimichurri

SERVES 4
4 fillet steaks - or you can use the cut of your choice.
Bunch of Cilantro (either easy coriander paste or a bunch of fresh coriander)
1/4cupOlive Oil
2tablespoons diced onion
2teaspoons fresh lime juice
2cloves garlic, crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper

in a bowl add the chopped onion, coriander oil ,lime juice ,garlic and seasoning

Brush the steaks with the paste and cook under the grill to how you like them.

For info Cilantro is a latin American herb - Corriander here in the UK!
